Phoenix Properties is proudly offering a fresh experience on storage units!  Located in Weston, just off of Highway 29 and minutes away from Wausau, these units will be convenient  for just about anyone in the general area.  But location is not the main feature.  These units are for those of you who desire something better than the same old, cold, wet, outdoor storage that is typically available.  Keep your personal belongings in a space that won't be subject to the same types of harsh outdoor treatment!  Each of our storage units is located inside of a secure, monitored, and temperature controlled facility.  Only current storage tenants will have access to the building, keeping your personal items even more safe and secure.

Phoenix Properties Storage Units Feature:

- Secured personal entry:  You will have your own 6 - 10 digit PIN which you will choose yourself.  This code will grant you access the building at both the front and back door.  Don't worry, if you happen to forget your code, we will work with you to either retrieve it or to choose a new one!

- Monitored:  We know that your personal items mean a lot to you!  That's why our facility is monitored by cameras on the inside and outside of the building, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Temperature Controlled:  One of the best features of our storage units is the temperature!  Warm in the winter, and cool in the summer!  No more cringing to get some of your belongings out of storage in the middle of winter, or during a rain storm.  All of the storage units are indoors and ready for you to access, regardless of the weather.
